How to install sonic unleashed recompiled

1. Download SonicUnleashed.7z here
2. Make sure to use PeaZip, or 7–Zip (not the one built into your os) if not download it here
3. Extract the .7z archive somewhere, downloads is fine
4. Run UnleashedRecompiled.exe which should start the game
5. Delete the SonicUnleashed.7z archive not the folder

IMPORTANT: SonicUnleashed.7z is the entire recompiled game you just double click the exe.

If you want to set it up manually with the app from the github follow the instructions below.

Advanced Setup

Manual installation is required for linux and other languages

The game ISO, Update, and DLC are tagged with [ADVANCED] just download, extract, and select them during setup

If you need to update the recomp stuff you can download it from the github here

You can probably just drag and drop those files and replace the existing ones but you might have to reinstall the game ISO, update, and DLC

When installing stuff make sure to use the select a file option, chose a folder only works on full data backups
